RESA Standards of Service List
GL1: The RESA establishes and communicates a shared purpose and direction for the continuous improvement of the performance of learners and the effectiveness of the services being provided by the agency.
GL2: The RESA effectively manages the resources to support its vision and purpose and to ensure the delivery of services and programs that support all learners.
API3: The RESA uses qualitative and quantitative data to identify the needs of member systems and schools and plan services.
API4: The RESA offers services to systems and schools in the RESA service area to address state-identified needs.
API5: The RESA offers support to systems and schools as they design and implement school improvement processes that address both state and locally identified needs.
PL6: The RESA provides/brokers data-driven professional learning that is distributed over time and promotes active engagement with content and skills.
PL7: The RESA supports systems and schools in the development of processes to support application of skills and knowledge acquired in professional learning and to measure the results.
QA8: The RESA designs and uses measurement processes to determine the effectiveness of RESA services and adjust implementation of its local action plan.
QA9: The RESA reports results and performance measures to the Board of Control and other stakeholders.
QA10: The RESA provides tools and resources to build capacity of systems and/or schools to design and use measurement processes to determine the effectiveness of actions, strategies, interventions, and professional learning and make revisions as needed.
P11: The RESA staff exhibit a commitment to professional ethics and the RESA’s mission.
P12: The RESA staff participates in professional growth opportunities to support educator and student learning.
